Things you shoud not do on Facebook

1. Spamming.  Spamming means posting of same articles over and over again. Your friends will get pissed off and will unfriend you. Some nasty ones may complain to Facebook to have your account terminated. Post one article and then wait for 2 hours at least before you post again.
   
   
2. Type of friends. It is important you choose your FB friends carefully. When I was new on FB, I made a big blunder by anyhow friend people. As a result I have many weird people on my friend list. Many of the ladies (especially those with scantily dressed images and sexy pose) are night ladies. In fact, some of them even contact me via Messenger asking whether I want to have sex or not. I usually will turn them down, saying, my religion forbid me to do that. There are a lot of scams on internet. So please be very careul.
   
   How to choose friends? Before you click on to accept them as friends, please visit their FB page. From what they have on their FB, you can tell a lot about them.
   
   Estate Agents.  Also please do not friend too many Estate agents. They are the worse culprit in spamming. If you want to target Estate agents as your potential, please open another FB account. Otherwise you'd have hundreds of posting on properties offer on your FB.
   
   

Things you shoud do on Facebook

1. Joining FB Groups. When you installed your mobile, Facebook also comes with Messenger and Groups. Please click on Groups button to join any groups you want based on the market you want to target. If you are targeting on Estate Agents, then you can join many groups on estate. Beware of the avalanche of emails you will received as anyone post on these groups, you will received an email! Don't use the normal email you have when you apply for FB account. Create a free email with Hotmail,Yahoo or any mail provider. Use as your junk email to receive emails on posting.
   
   
2. Messenger. This is an online chat whereby you can message others who are your friend on FB. Very useful tool to contact people. Please note that if you try to sell anything via messenger, people will not be too happy. Best is to request them to like your FB post or page or blog. You can use something like this:
