Who is a TKK?
Tien Kong Kia (TKK) is a son of heaven according to Hokkien, always blessed with
good luck. He is a magnet for all good things and luck. Fortune favored him. So far, I came
across one TKK in real life. Let's call him Peter.
Peter does not have high education. He only finished his secondary
education. He does not give to the poor individually but donate large sum to charitable organisations. He
never read any
newspapers as he don't like the negative news like rape, murders and wars frequently reported in the
newspapers. On the first and fiteenth day of the month, he goes to temples to pray.
He was a pet of a very rich person in the construction industry. As
a result, his furniture business boomed and allows hm to make millions. He now can afford to drive big cars and
stay in a bungalow with his family. He also now owns a factory manufacturing his own brand of
furnitures.
During the 2008 market crash, his portfolio was down by 500K.
Instead of worryng like most kiasu and kiasi Sngaporean, he decided to "no eyes see" and did not border to look at
his stocks.
After sometimes, he decided to buy a new Mercedes. only then he
decides to look at his stock portfolio to see how much he has. The market has gone up. He is now in proits and can
buy the Mercedes from the the profits he made.
